Shipping Policy

We take great pride in providing our customers with the best possible service. All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-2 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Once a tracking number has been emailed, any lost or missing packages are out of our control and you must contact the shipping provider for further assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Glossed by Abby, we are proud to offer our customers quality cosmetics products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind all of our products. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. However, we will happily exchange any damaged products reported within 7 days of receiving the products. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with any damaged products.
